Agree that Bekker is a passenger. Last week he made one ‘steal’ on a line out but zip else. Certainly no replacement for Bakkies. Mind you bakkies seems to be packing a bit around his butt these days. Quite shocked on Saturday. Maybe the ‘English Breakfast’ is to his liking? – cant be the excuse for hamburgers or hot dogs there.

In NH conditions it wouldn’t be wise to accommodate Spies and Kanko in the same team, even with a specialist fetcher.

I know its inexperienced but I still reckon a trio of Deysel, Kanko and Brussouw would be BRILLIANT! Providing Kanko was prepared to play slightly tighter.

There would be plenty of hunger in that loose trio!
