Mallett calls for cover

Italy coach Nick Mallett yesterday made two more changes to the 32-man Italy squad for their year-end tour Tests.

Saracens hooker Fabio Ongaro and Treviso scrum-half Simon Picone have replaced Racing Metro hooker Carlo Festuccia and Clermont centre Gonzalo Canale, who are both injured.

The Azzuri play New Zealand in Milan on 14 November, South Africa in Udine a week later and Samoa in Reggio Emilia on 28 November.
