Other changes see hooker Ryan Tyrrell coming in for Pek Cowan, who is battling a leg injury, and Richard Stanford slotting in at No 8. Sam Wykes is back in the second row for this match with Tom Hockings dropped to the bench.

Sydney University flank Jono Jenkins, who has signed a short-term contract with the Force, is among the reserves.

good to see Ioane at 13…Has the goods to be very goods there.Runs straight and hard-is a handful in contact.Has explosive power/runs great lines.Decent speed too

Pity for Tirunui though who looks in great knick at present. The dropping of a few kilo’s has made him look like the player who burst on the scene a few years back for Tahs.

Digby Ioane,Quade Cooper,Will Genia-these 3 are going to be intergral for Aussie rugby in years to come in order to compete for top honours

    Aussie team post 2011

    1.Robinson
    2.Moore
    3.Sherperdson
    4.Horwill
    5.Mumm
    6.Elsom(c)
    7.Pocock
    8.Houston

    9.Genia
    10.Cooper
    11.Mitchell
    12.Giteau
    13.Ioane
    14.Hynes/Davies
    15.O’Connor

Back 3 and locks/lineout still their weakest points though.Back 3 not enough out and out pace/power/explosiveness.

Have your say
