Ireland “not afraid” of All Blacks
Irish fullback Jordan Larmour, in the build up to their much anticipated clash against the All Blacks on Saturday, has said that the New Zealanders hold no fear factor over them any more.
According to nzherald.co.nz, Larmur believes Ireland and the All Blacks will be entering the game on the same playing fields, with no intimidation factor for the All Blacks.
“Everyone is up for that challenge … Looking to the All Blacks, no-one is scared of them, no-one is afraid of them,” Larmour explained.
“They’re a quality team. So are we. We just need to turn up on the day and we can turn them over.”
“Long-term, we want to be World Cup champions.”
However, Ireland will be facing the current World Champions without two of their stars, in midfielder Robbie Henshaw and scrum half Connor Murray, who have both been ruled out with injury.
