Rassie’s “four phases of Springbok”

World Cup Winning Springbok  coach Rassie Erasmus, on his newly launched Twitter profile, released a host of behind-the-scenes videos of various talks with the team. Among these videos was a two part series where he talks about the cycle of a Springbok player’s psyche, from desperation to entitlement.
