Super Rugby betting preview – Bulls divide opinion as the money game
The Oracle has the Bulls to win in Pretoria as his money game. He feels the bookies have disrespected the Bulls. Keo reckons the bookies have it spot on with the Kiwis to win, but by just the one converted try.
Hurricanes v Sunwolves
ORACLE: I have a feeling that 42.5 is too much and I expect the Sunwolves to stay within it. I’d suggest a 28-point defeat is more accurate.
Call: Sunwolves +42.5 at 0.5 units
KEO: Hurricanes will win by 30 points.
Stormers v Rebels
ORACLE: The Stormers do not have what it takes to beat this Rebels team by much, be careful with your stakes here, this game WILL be closer than you think.
Call: Rebels +14.5 at 3 units
KEO: I think the Stormers away form has spooked the Oracle. The Rebels are overhyped. The bookies have it right here. Stormers, at home, will win well.
Reds v Lions
ORACLE: The Reds will not stand up to this Lions team, although a handicap of twelve seems quite big, it should be a stroll in the park for this Lions team.
Call: Lions -12.5 at 2 units
KEO: Lions will win but it will be an arm wrestle. I am expecting a close game. Lions by 5.
Brumbies v Crusaders
ORACLE: Crusaders will win this game, whether or not they will do it by more than 15 is the question, I think they will, my confidence is low here though.
Call: Crusaders -15.5 at 1 units
KEO: This won’t be the easy ride the bookies are suggesting. I have the champion Crusaders to triumph, but the differential will be closer to seven than 15.
Bulls v Highlanders
ORACLE: The Bulls have been badly disrespected here, the bookies have the wrong favourite and quite frankly a BAD Bulls team would lose by 7. This is not a bad Bulls team and in my view, the Highlanders will be lucky to lose by less than five. I have the Bulls to win this game. It’s another Super Max, I am 7/8 calling the Bulls right this season. This is the Best Bet of the Weekend!!
Call: Bulls +5.5 at 4 Units & Bulls on the board at 17/10 for 1 unit
KEO: The Oracle is letting his emotions rule his head. There are two teams playing and for all the euphoria about the Bulls improvements, this is not a bad Highlanders team either. The Kiwis to win a close one. The Bookies have got it spot on.
PRO 14
Kings v Cheetahs
ORACLE: The Cheetahs will win and they will beat the handicap and score four tries.
Call: Cheetahs -17.5 at 1 unit
KEO: Cheetahs will win but it will be by less than 10 points.
