The excitement surrounding the build up to every 7s weekend during the World Series is not only around teams and results, but around the anticipation of witnessing the skill of the various countries’ elite players. Here we pick our “Top Two Players To Watch” from Pool C, at the Sydney 7s
SIKHUMBUZO NOTSHE (South Africa)
The young Stormers flanker will be featuring in his first ever World Series tournament and looking to make an impact. Dynamic and powerful with ball in hand and a work horse at ruck time, it will be interesting to see how Notshe copes in his first ever tournament.
DAN NORTON (England)
345 matches, 273 tries, 1379 points scored. The stats speak for themselves. When England come head to head with South Africa during the pool stages, Norton vs Senatla will be a great spectacle.
