Cipriani and Robshaw to start for England at Newlands
George Ford has been dropped for the third Test against South Africa, with Danny Cipriani finally getting his chance from the start.
Danny Cipriani will make his first England start for a decade in the final Test against South Africa, while Chris Robshaw will also return to the line-up at Newlands on Saturday.
Cipriani replaces George Ford at fly-half, while Robshaw replaces the unwell Brad Shields after the former captain was dropped for a defeat in Bloemfontein that ended England’s hopes of pulling off a first series win in South Africa.
There is a start for Nathan Hughes in the absence of the injured Billy Vunipola, while Joe Marler comes into the front row in the only other alteration to the side after Mako Vunipola returned home for family reasons.
Ford does not even make the bench as Cipriani gets a long-awaited chance from the off.

England have lost five consecutive Tests and Eddie Jones said they are determined to stop the rot in Cape Town.
“We’ve had a really upbeat training week. We are up for the battle and are going to rip in on Saturday. We want another committed performance where it will be crucial to maintain our composure when the heat is on.” said the England head coach.
“We are expecting a wet and windy old day at Newlands and have elected to play Danny Cipriani ahead of George Ford to give us a left-foot kicking option. We will need to jump out of the blocks quickly again and make sure we maintain that pressure and make good decisions.
“I’ve been really impressed with the fortitude of the squad under Owen Farrell, who is a young captain, and with a number of young players who have really stuck to the task.”
England: Elliot Daly, Jonny May, Henry Slade, Owen Farrell (captain), Mike Brown, Danny Cipriani, Ben Youngs; Joe Marler, Jamie George, Kyle Sinckler, Joe Launchbury, Maro Itoje, Chris Robshaw, Tom Curry, Nathan Hughes.
Replacements: Luke Cowan-Dickie, Alec Hepburn, Harry Williams, Jonny Hill, Mark Wilson, Sam Simmonds, Ben Spencer, Denny Solomona.
