Chat replaces injured Marchand in France squad
Hooker Camille Chat comes back into the France squad for the remainder of the Six Nations in the absence of Julien Marchand.
Camille Chat has been called up to France’s Six Nations squad after Julien Marchand tore knee ligaments in the defeat to Wales.
Marchand is facing a long absence due to damage done in Les Bleus’ 24-19 defeat in the opening game of the tournament in Paris last Friday.
Hooker Chat will report for training on Thursday ahead of the clash with England at Twickenham three days later.
Chat last played for France against Argentina last November, having been troubled by a neck injury.
Marchand, who replaced captain Guilhem Guirado in the second half, will be out for the rest of the season.
